The Idaho-Lewis County Cattle Association is one of the largest local organizations of cattle producers in the state of Idaho, including membership from Idaho and Lewis Counties. This association is dedicated to furthering the best interests of the Beef Industry and to correlate those interests with those of our local communities and our state.

Members do not need to own cattle to join - just the love of beef and the beef industry.  Dues are $25 per year.

Send a completed membership form (see Membership Form on website) to:

Members receive our publication of the Cattle Call newsletter published 3 times each year.  Children or grandchildren of members are eligible to apply for the annual scholarship.  We support our local youth and 4H programs by cooking hamburgers at the 4H Penny Arcade, participating in the Farm and Forest Fair, buying a steer at the Idaho County Fair and providing a steer to be sold at the Lewis County Fair with all proceeds of that steer going to the 4H program.

Usually in June, we plan a trail ride for horse riders and 4 wheel riders with a potluck to follow.  In addition, on alternating years we either honor a Cattle Family of the Year or have a County Tour where we tour an area of the country with a potluck to follow.  The year concludes with our Annual Meeting in the fall.
